Warranty

• The goods carry a standard warranty against manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover physical damage or water damage to the electronics.
• Warranty period and coverage follow the manufacturer's terms for the product supplied.

Returns

• Goods once sold cannot be taken back.
• The only exception is a manufacturing defect in the hardware.
• Returns are accepted after our team has checked and confirmed the defect.
• Returns are not accepted for physical damage or water damage to the electronics.

Non-refundable items

• Consumables such as barcode ribbons and single-use labels are non-refundable.

How to raise a claim

• Contact us by phone or email with your invoice details and a description of the issue.
• Our team will review the claim and confirm the next steps.
• Keep the product and its packaging until the claim is resolved.
